Fulltime RN/LPN Desk Nurse 7am-3:30pm – Allaire Rehab & Nursing

Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $46.00/hr

We’re looking for an RN/LPN Desk Nurse to join our community‑driven team. This role focuses on providing high quality nursing care in a supportive environment, ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with state and federal regulations.

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel; attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership duties as needed.
• Conduct direct resident assessment and care; supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care.
• Formulate nursing care plans using the nursing process and assess each resident daily, making changes as needed.
• Assist physicians during weekly rounds, ensuring accurate communication of pertinent information and orders.
• Manage conflict through effective problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to emergency situations.
  
  Prepare daily assignments of duties, treatments, and miscellaneous tasks.
