As a Staff Nurse Homecare (LPN) at VNA Health Group, you’ll play a vital role on a collaborative care team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients who need it most. You’ll make a direct impact by delivering skilled nursing care, supporting individualized care plans, and educating patients and families to promote independence and well‑being. Get the Best Training
Begin with a comprehensive clinical orientation designed to set you up for success, including core nursing skills, EMR training, safety protocols, and our patient-centered approach to care.

Deliver Skilled Care
Provide hands‑on nursing care to patients in their homes, following established plans of care under the supervision of an RN or physician.

Make a Connection
Educate and support patients and families, reinforcing care instructions and helping them manage their health conditions safely at home.

Collaborate for Success
Work closely with RNs, therapists, social workers, and physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for every patient.

Document with Purpose
Accurately document patient status, interventions, and progress in the EMR, promptly reporting any changes in condition to the supervising RN.

What We’re Looking for in You

We’re seeking an LPN who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. If you’re motivated to help patients live safely and independently at home, we want to hear from you.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey

• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience (homecare experience is a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfort with technology, including EMR systems and digital documentation tools

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel to patient homes

• Ability to work in a variety of home environments, both indoors and outdoors

• Regular use of clinical equipment, phone, computer, and other digital tools

• Frequent direct patient and family interaction requiring professionalism and empathy

In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD 40,000 to USD $80,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the full package, including base pay, overtime, bonuses, add‑on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and other benefits.
