Job Overview

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions in Health Care and housing units, and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Implement treatment plans directed by healthcare practitioners, administer medications—including IV therapy when certified—and perform diagnostic tests per established protocols.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts at shift start, maintain safety and standard precautions, and respond to codes and health emergencies within guidelines.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document encounters using SOAP charting, ensuring effective communication with nursing staff, physicians, and other personnel.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to policies and procedures.

Primary shift 3 p‑11 p with one 11 p‑7 a shift per week. Alternate weekends may include double shifts. Compensation ranges from $32 – $39 per hour based on experience.

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

• Prefer a minimum of one year of clinic experience.

Licenses & Certifications

• Maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
