Allaire Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. This role follows a rotating schedule of 7:30 AM‑3:00 PM, 3:00 PM‑11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM‑7:00 AM. Base pay ranges from $33.00 /hr to $40.00 /hr, and full‑time employees are offered a $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

Shift hours include all shifts on a full‑time schedule.

• Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, utilize a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring resident needs are met.
• Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel; attend to daily unit operations per shift and assume leadership roles as needed.
• Take an active role in direct resident assessment and care.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Formulate individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process.
• Asses each resident daily and implement changes in the course of action as needed.
• Assist the physician on rounds, ensuring pertinent information is communicated and orders are taken correctly.
• Participate in the training and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Utilize effective leadership and supervision principles.
• Manage conflict through effective problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Act calmly and efficiently in handling emergency situations.
• Prepare daily assignments of duties, treatments, and miscellaneous tasks.
