• Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement care plans to meet residents' needs.
• Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and assume leadership roles as needed.
• Conduct direct resident assessments and care.
• Supervise nursing staff in providing care in compliance with regulations.
• Formulate individualized care plans using the nursing process.
• Assess residents daily and adjust care as needed.
• Assist physicians during rounds and communicate pertinent information.
• Train and supervise nursing personnel.
• Apply leadership and supervision principles effectively.
• Resolve conflicts through problem-solving and communication.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
