We are a growing company who provides window cleaning services for businesses and residentials. We do not go above 3 stories and most of work is done from the ground level. We have a respectful culture and we service a lot of great customers!

FT & PT, Monday-Friday, Flexible schedules, PT = 3 days a week, 7:30am-4pm. No Weekends or Holidays. Pay scale based on experience, Tips, Commissions. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K. Company Vehicle and Uniforms. Room for Advancement

• Clean ground level commercial storefront glass to high quality expectations
• Average day is 15 to 20 storefronts.
• Drive and maintain your own vehicle

• Percentage performance pay (the more you do, the more you earn)
• Average weekly pay is $500 - $700 (Some cleaners make more)

• Clean record and drug-free (we have drug testing)

• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

• Able to count money and make change
• Self-motivated and able to work alone

• Paid training, no experience necessary
• Minimum hourly guarantee with ability to earn up to $15 an hour or more

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
