Our Freehold, NJ Plant is looking for a self‑motivated, reliable, and detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Technician to be part of our growing team. People who take initiative and action to pursue production line goals and complete tasks, who are thorough and accurate, hold a high standard for safety, quality, production, and teamwork. • Review production line parameters and performance for adherence to Company SOPs, Quality Guidelines, and Facility Procedures
• Test samples for physical and chemical properties for adherence to Quality Specifications (raw materials and finished products)
• Generate and ship samples for outside analytical testing
• Maintain the Quality Retain Program
• Responsible for laboratory cleanliness and organization
• Document testing, hold product, conduct internal investigations and root cause analysis
• Maintain instrument calibration program
• Order lab supplies
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of hands‑on Quality Systems experience, manufacturing preferred
• Must be able to work 3rd shift
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds periodically, meet physical requirements (lifting, bending, standing extended periods, reaching with both hands, visual inspection)
• Excellent math and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
