• Follow recipes and guidelines of the Bureau of Child Nutrition.
• Handle food preparation, serving, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with food quality.
• Keep food production records.

• Maintain a high standard of food sanitation.
• Participate in annual continuing education/training program.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time; frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting 25‑50 pounds.
• Ability to use general cafeteria equipment (warmers, fryers, slicers, grill, POS system, etc.).
• Promptness and reliability in attendance.
• Ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
