Retail

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role crucial to our team's success. You will provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, sell the visit, build strong relationships with customers, promote our products and services, and coordinate service appointments. You will also conduct transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit.

Pay Range: $17.83 – $26.68

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.

• Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Effective communication skills with customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
