The Assistant Manager will play a key role in daily store operations at our Freehold, NJ location. This is a part‑time, on‑site role that involves supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and overseeing store employees. Responsibilities include managing inventory, creating engaging visual displays, training and supervising team members, and assisting with event coordination. The Assistant Manager will actively contribute to fostering a positive, fashion‑forward shopping experience while promoting Eclipse Apparel's brand values.
