You will receive a signing bonus of $2,500.00, paid in three installments: $1,000.00 after 90 days of continuous employment and $1,500.00 after 6 months of continuous employment. Repayment is required if employment is terminated before the one‑year anniversary.

• Drive Vision Center sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate competitive pricing, proper signing, in‑stock inventory, budgeting, forecasting sales, and assessing economic trends and community needs.
• Model and provide direction to Associates on customer/member service approaches, resolving complaints and issues within company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage Associates to serve as community members.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the Vision Center, including asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for Associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and fostering a sense of belonging.
• Ensure provision of quality eyewear by consulting, educating members/customers, selecting products, obtaining measurements, verifying prescriptions, maintaining confidential information, performing minor frame repair, and maintaining optical equipment.
• Uphold the Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing policies, and suggesting resolutions.
• Coordinate job‑related activities and assignments, develop relationships with stakeholders, support business plans, recognize goals and objectives, measure progress, address improvement opportunities, and promote continuous learning.

• Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and rules.
• Drug‑free workplace commitment; adherence to no‑tolerance policy on illegal drugs and alcohol.

• Experience supervising Associates.
