Skilled Lawn Sprinkler Irrigation Technician

Pay Range: Starting at $20–$24 per hour during training
Season: Screening now — training begins mid-March 2026

No irrigation experience? No problem. If you're reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn a skilled trade, this program is for you. You'll train alongside experienced technicians to learn system installation, repairs, and seasonal maintenance.

• Assist with installing and repairing sprinklers, controllers, and valves
• Support startups, shutdowns, and client updates
• Learn irrigation system layouts, electrical troubleshooting, and proper digging techniques
• Maintain organized tools and clean work areas
• Develop strong safety and quality habits

• No prior irrigation experience required
• Background in construction, plumbing, or landscaping helpful
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work outdoors daily in various weather conditions
• Peak season hours may extend to 7 AM–7 PM
