Responsibilities include:

• Using a PC or computer terminal and standard office equipment.
• Utilizing software such as Word, Excel, SAP, Route Smart, and others.
• Communicating effectively in person and via phone.
• Learning the layout of the geographical area serviced from the distribution center.
• Understanding the Delivery Service Provider Agreement.
• Meeting customer service objectives.
• Operating office equipment like printers and copiers.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is preferred.

Physical requirements:

• Lifting heavy items, including bundles of newspapers weighing 30-50 lbs.

Work environment:

• Meeting deadlines and attendance standards.
• Working weekends and early mornings.
• Operating in a warehouse environment, including night shifts under adverse conditions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
