Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled
  • Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service—in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
It would be even better if you also had
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply.
