Outpatient Clinic in Southern WI & Northern IL - Lucrative Sign-on Bonus!

• Currently 1,650 Pediatric panel of patients
• FTE is flexible 0.8 to 1.0 at the Freeport branch location
• Mon-Fri/8A-5P
• No holidays
• Call:
  Family Medicine phone call only 2x/month
• Outpatient Clinic: 4-5 day work week working in Monroe, WI, and Freeport, IL.
• Join an amazing collaborative team of Pediatricians committed to clinical excellence
• Practice in newly designed and refreshed offices
• Well-established practice of 6 pediatricians working out of Monroe
• Experienced staff—RNs, MA's
• Imaging & Lab on-site
• Call 1:6 - minimal day & weekend (less than 50 annually)
• Step into a full panel of patients
• 2-year salary guarantee; RVU model

The posted pay range for this position is what SSM Health reasonably expects, in good faith, to offer based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
