Dietary Aide – Tutera Senior Living & Health Care

We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated dietary aides to join our team at Oakley Courts Assisted Living, part of Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. This role is a full‑time position located in Mount Carroll, IL.

As a Dietary Aide, you will perform a range of tasks related to the preparation, service, and clean‑up of meals served to residents in the nursing center. Your responsibilities include maintaining an attractive and sanitary dining room, ensuring timely meal service and delivery, and supporting residents with any special dietary needs.

• Fire and passion for working with seniors
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
