Front Desk & Sales Associate

Position Overview

The Front Desk Coach / Receptionist will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym, provide control of the front door location, and perform daily cleaning tasks.

• Enthusiastically greet each member and guest promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the gym.
• Personally check each member into the gym using the proper check‑in procedures.
• Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
• Provide new guests with a tour of the gym and answer questions about current membership options.
• Assist guests with purchasing a new membership.
• Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner and use proper phone greeting techniques.
• Process retail and concession sales.
• Cleans and maintains the front desk area.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members
• Ability to multi‑task
