As an ISC Operations Manager at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence throughout the manufacturing teams. You will report directly to our Senior Plant Director and you’ll work out of our Freeport, IL location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will serve as a key member of the site leadership team, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer commitments, operational capability and financial goals.  

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset to support growth, productivity, quality, and workforce engagement. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 2+ years of people leadership experience managing supervisors and/or cross functional teams in production, engineering, logistics or supply chain 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations  Must be a US Person due to export compliance restrictions WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. Strong strategic leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software to manage supply chain functions effectively. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and success in improving productivity and customer delivery metrics Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change.
