In this role, you will lead a supervise team of maintenance technicians, driving electrical and mechanical projects. You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy in managing projects while collaborating with engineering teams to coordinate maintenance schedules, conduct routine inspections, and implement state‑of‑the‑art machinery.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from any production background looking for a fast paced role with a clear route to Maintenance Manager.

• Lead a small team of maintenance technicians with further progression to Maintenance Manager
• Maintain state‑of‑the‑art equipment, set up new machinery, schedule maintenance
• 1st Shift: 6:45 – 3:45 pm (Flexible hours)

• Electrical Maintenance experience
• Looking to grow and lead a team in the future
