In this role, you will lead a supervise team of maintenance technicians, driving electrical and mechanical projects. You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy in managing projects while collaborating with engineering teams to coordinate maintenance schedules, conduct routine inspections, and implement state‑of‑the‑art machinery. This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from any production background looking for a fast‑paced role with a clear route to Maintenance Manager.
The Role- Lead a small team of maintenance technicians with further progression to Maintenance Manager
- Maintaining state of the art equipment, setting up new machinery, scheduling maintenance
- 1st Shift: 6:45 - 3:45pm (Flexible hours)
- Electrical Maintenance experience
- Mechanical experience (Gears, Pneumatics, Motors etc.)
