• Master’s Degree or Doctorate (DNP) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).
• Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice agreement.
• A passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care based on respect and dignity in a rural healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative spirit for team-based care.
