  Experience:
  
  Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• People Focus:
  Passionate about developing and leading teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Goal‑Oriented:
  Excited by the challenge of driving results, achieving targets, and building a thriving business.
• Must be 18 years or older.
