Also, you will make some great money. Starting at $16 per hour plus tips (Which average $3+ for the year) for crew putting you over $19 per hour.

We're now hiring shift leaders for this website is not operated by Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems. Jersey Mike's restaurants are independently owned and operated franchise locations. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee.

We are looking for hard‑working, enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in leading a winning team at our Jersey Mike's store. If you enjoy working with people and love to learn new things, we want you to help lead our team!

• Strong customer service skills
• Training and motivating team members
• Cashier monitoring – managing cash
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
• Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
• Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
• Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
• Age requirement: 18 years of age or older
