Bilingual Customer Service Specialist; Spanish

Overview

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up‑to‑date with product features and maintaining high quality and visual store standards. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

• Answer customer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain product quality and store visual standards.
• Consistently meet store sales goals.
• Comply with security requirements, including review of criminal history to protect customers, staff, and the public.
