Retail Stocking Supervisor

Compensation: $19.50 per hour (depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience) plus a monthly bonus. • Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations (stocking, sales associate duties, etc.)
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Clear communication skills with customers and associates (in person, e‑mail, telephone).
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the whole shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely ascend/descend a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to obtain forklift certification in accordance with IIPP.
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attendance policy compliance required.

Operating hours: 6 am – 10 pm.
