• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in new-construction single-family homes.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Working knowledge of Manual J, Manual D, and Manual S principles.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Valid driver’s license; insurable under company policy.
• Strong communication and professionalism when dealing with customers, builders, and teammates.
• A strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and an eye for quality workmanship.

As an HVAC New-Construction Install Technician, you'll be the expert on the job site. Your role includes:

• Reading blueprints and performing Manual J load calculations.
• Installing complete forced-air systems—ductwork, equipment, gas lines, flues, condensate drains, and controls.
• Setting, leveling, and starting up furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and heat pumps.
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site and operating a company vehicle responsibly.
• Completing all job documentation accurately and professionally.
