Lead HVAC Technician

Green Air is a locally owned and operated multi trade company. Offering HVAC, Refrigeration, Cooking Equipment, and Plumbing services with a New Construction side offering HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. We are currently seeking out experienced HVAC Technicians. Commercial Refrigeration experience is a plus. Our service areas are along Hwy 98 from the Destin Bridge to HWY 79 and North. We currently have a satellite branch at the Emerald Grande & Harbor Walk Village, and we are looking to expand our area.

• Service and maintenance Water Source Heat Pump up to 10 Tons, Package Systems up to 20 Tons, Mini-splits, and Residential Split Systems.
• Experience in chilled water/chiller plant or interested in learning. This will includes pumps, heat exchangers and cooling towers.
• Experience with coolers or freezers is a plus.
• Troubleshoot the refrigeration cycle (r22, r410a, A2L’s)
• Diagnosing high voltage (120v – 480V) issues.
• Diagnosing low voltage (24V)
• Diagnosing DC voltage systems.
• Diagnosing duct systems and air flow.
• Receive work orders via electronic devices.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 5 years of HVAC Service Experience Preferred
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders. A frame, extension, commercial wall mounted.
• Valid Driver’s License Clean driving record
• Must be able to confidently troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC Equipment
• Residential with light commercial experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• EPA certified is a plus
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Pay $28‑$35 an hour.
