- Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience and is also determined to be alignment with the National Association of Community Health Centers.
-Potential incentives also available - Benefits: A physician, either a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), may be eligible for a DANY award for the period October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2028, to repay qualified educational debt or pay costs of establishing or joining a medical practice if certain requirements are met. These will be discussed directly with the health center. Additional benefits include:

-Add the development of a specialized skillset to your repertoire-Have access to superb mentorship and support from those trained to manage our patient population through various modalities
-On-the-job training and job shadowing provided before seeing patient population independently
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates are mission driven, seeking purposeful and meaningful work. They may not have experience working with the IDD population but do have the desire to learn and positively impact people who may be overlooked or underserved.
