Suarez Medical Center is a small business in _MEDICAL. We are professional and agile.

We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team and provide primary care services to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to physicians, performing patient intake, collecting and recording patient information, and assisting with examinations and treatments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians in providing primary care to patients.
• Greet and check in/out patients.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Perform administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and data entry.
• Collect and record patient information such as medical history, vital signs, and test results.
• Assist with minor medical procedures such as drawing blood, EKG, Dip Stick, Finger Stick
• Provide patient education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Bilingual Speaking (English/Spanish)
• PART TIME 9:00am-5:00pm
• 1:00pm-7:30pm

Qualifications

• Proficient in medical administrative support, patient care, and EHR systems
• Skilled in basic life support, patient service, and medical terminology
• Skilled in drawing blood
• Familiarity with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency medicine practices
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, with bilingual proficiency
