Temp-to-Perm Technical Sourcer

Candidates may work remotely while on contract. Any permanent conversion would require relocation to Miami, FL. Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Contract-to-Permanent Technical Sourcer to support its growing talent acquisition team. This individual will own proactive talent pipelining and sourcing efforts across a high-volume portfolio of technology requisitions, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and sourcing leadership throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical sourcing experience within a fast-paced environment and a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent searches.

Bachelor's degree, required.

5+ years of technical sourcing experience supporting technology hiring, required.

Experience working in a fast-paced, financial, fintech, or technical environment, required.

Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions across software engineering and cybersecurity, required.

Experience using AI to improve recruiting efficiency, strongly preferred.

Ability to work onsite or relocate for potential permanent conversion, highly preferred.

Must be based on the East Coast, with Florida preferred.

The hourly rate for this role is $45-$55/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
