As a Senior Brand Manager with a Global CPG Industry Leader, you will serve as a consultative partner overseeing end-to-end omnichannel solutions, brand design, and platform growth. You will turn complex marketplace analytics into high-impact narrative strategies that influence executive leadership and elevate brand equity.

• Drive complex, end-to-end brand management initiatives-including packaging updates, line extensions, and multi-year platform innovation-to deliver high-impact market growth.
• Execute data-driven proposals and multi-channel media strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to optimize campaign engagement and consumer targeting.
• Spearhead cross-functional collaboration and alignment with finance, supply chain, and executive stakeholders to manage portfolio P&L performance and demand forecasting.
• Formulate comprehensive marketplace, consumer, and competitive analytics to build compelling strategic narratives that guide senior leadership decisions.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of brand management experience paired with an MBA, or 3+ years of progressive brand leadership experience.
• Technical Expertise:
  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for business forecasting, performance analytics, and executive presentation delivery.
• Track Record:
  Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, execute multi-channel campaigns, and adapt seamlessly across dynamic portfolio assignments.
• Education &
  
  Core Competencies:
  
  Strong general management acumen, exceptional storytelling capability, and consultative influencing skills;
  Food & Beverage CPG experience preferred.
