As a TS&D professional in our Packaging and Specialty Plastics business, you will:
* Develop and implement technical solutions.
* Optimize processes and applications aligned with business and customer goals.
* Engage with external partners and committees to stay current on relevant technological developments.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
* Build problem-solving skills across one or more technical areas.
* Support the deployment of new products and technologies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges.
* Contribute to Dow’s broader business and sustainability objectives.

This role also offers a unique pathway into our commercial organization (sales and marketing), based on demonstrated technical and business acumen.

** Required education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed for this role (must haves).
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Packaging Science or other science or engineering-related discipline is required.
* New graduates and those that expect to graduate by August 2026 should apply.
* A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
