Dow has exciting opportunities for new graduate Bachelor’s and Master’s candidates interested in a role within Technical Service & Development (TS&D), located in the Lake Jackson/Freeport area of Texas.
As a TS&D professional in our Packaging and Specialty Plastics business, you will:
- Develop and implement technical solutions.
- Optimize processes and applications aligned with business and customer goals.
- Engage with external partners and committees to stay current on relevant technological developments.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build problem‑solving skills across one or more technical areas.
- Support the deployment of new products and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges.
- Contribute to Dow’s broader business and sustainability objectives.
This role also offers a unique pathway into our commercial organization (sales and marketing), based on demonstrated technical and business acumen.
