Job DescriptionEnduro Composites is seeking a qualified and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team in Freeport, TX. As a Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our Field Service Department, which specializes in FRP installation, repair, and maintenance. The position is crucial to ensuring the success of our projects in local chemical plants and other industrial sites along the Texas Gulf Coast area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Field Service Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee FRP installation, repair, and maintenance projects at chemical plants and industrial sites.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to field service teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism within the Field Service Department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leading or managing field service teams.
- Vast knowledge of Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) with a focus on field service applications.
- Strong understanding of FRP installation, repair, and maintenance processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering successful field service projects.
- Familiarity with local chemical plants and industrial sites along the Texas Gulf Coast area is a plus.
