Chemical Plant Worker – Freeport, TX

WorkSchedule
- 12‑hour rotating shift (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- $16.50 – $24.25 per hour
- Safely and efficiently operate forklift and other warehouse machinery
- Safely load product onto different containers or trailers while ensuring product securement
- Perform a quality control verification by inspecting containers for damage
- Review and/or complete paperwork and labels for accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Complete any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
- Examines track list to spot, separate, load and/or build railcars for shipment
- Ensures railcars are properly connected and/or are secured by setting the brake
- Separates loaded railcars that will be shipped from those that have been preloaded
- Weighs all inbound and outbound loads and empties to ensure weights do not exceed
- Complete any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
- Experience is a plus but not required; paid on‑the‑job training is available
- May require a valid driver’s license and/or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
