** Responsibilities*
* +  As a Distribution Operator, you will play a crucial role in the success of Texas Operations. You will work in site logistics, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our products to customers. Your responsibilities will include:

+  Operating and monitoring distribution equipment

+  Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

+  Collaborating with team members to optimize processes

** Required Qualifications*
* +  A minimum of a High School Diploma or  GED is required.

+  Ability to work a rotating shift.

+  Must be 18 years or older.

+  Work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.

+  Must have a current, valid, United States driver license.

+  A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* +  Experience in industrial manufacturing.

+  Loading or unloading experience.

+  Military experience.

** Physical Demands*
* +  Wear safety equipment, such as earplugs, goggles, and steel-toed shoes.

+  Wear and use respirators.

+  Perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.

+  Work in tight or closed-in spaces.

+  Climb stairs/ladders and work high off the ground.

+  Stand or walk for extended periods of time.

+  Frequent lifting of material weighing approximately 55 lbs.

+  Work at heights greater than or equal to 4 ft off the ground. Must be able to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses with a total weight capacity of 300lbs. (This typically accommodates individuals who weigh 285 or less)
