Administering the Company's real estate portfolio and supporting information requests from internal business units, while proactively addressing critical dates throughout the lifecycle of leased properties, including rate increases, early termination rights, renewals, tenant improvement allowances, and changing market conditions.

Developing building specifications and standards to fit operational requirements, in addition to obtaining real estate market surveys and reviews to establish acquisition and disposition baselines.

Negotiating transaction terms to meet business needs and optimize outcomes, including letters of intent, leases, lease amendments, and other relevant legal documents in partnership with Legal to ensure economic and operating terms are aligned with the Company's requirements and strategy, as well as supporting negotiations for incentives and tax abatements with local, county, and state municipalities.
