• Prepareandpaintavarietyofsurfacesincludingferrousandnon-ferrous metals,aluminumandconcreteto
  
  Marquisandcustomersspecifications.
• Workfromnon-complex blueprints,specifications,worksheets,dimension,color codes,mixing charts,tables,verbalandwritteninstruction/information.
• Prepare,matchcolorsandmixstandardsandotherprimers,paintsandcostingstoproperconsistencyandviscosity,usingthinnerssolvents,additives,anaagitatorsasrequired.
  
  Select pressures,nozzles,andcuretimes.
• Prepareandcleanitemsandsurfacestobefinished.
  
  Mask,plug,block finished,machinedorspecifiedsurfacesnottobecoated.
• Uniformlyapplywetpriers,paints,andwetordrycoatingstopartsandcomponentsandotheritemsusingcaretoavoidoverspraying/coatingandtoobtainasmooth,coveredandevensurfacefreefromrunsandthinspots.
  
  Repeatoperationsasnecessarytoobtaindesiredeffectorthicknessofmedia.
• Visuallyandmechanicallycheckfinisheditemsforpinholes,runs,barespots,proper coverage.
  
  Refinishandtouchupasrequired.
• Prepareandcoatsamplepieces.
• Ensurethepropermovementoffinishedgoodstoinspectionorshippingarea,cleaningandmaintenanceofsprayapplicationequipment,booths,filters,protectiveclothingandequipmentaccordingtoestablishedpractices.
  
  Ensureneededpaintingandcoatingsuppliesareonhand.
• Periodicallycheckwith
• Communicateeffectivelywithcrewmembersandsupervision.
• Cleanupworkarea,supplies,materialsandequipment.
• Attendanceisanessentialfunctionofthisjob.
• Anyotherdutiesasassignedbysupervision.

• Successfulcandidatescouldberequiredtocompleteleadabatementtrainingandregularlyscheduledleadtesting.
