The Rope Access Teamwillberesponsibleforcarryingoutstandardropeaccessoperationstoperforminspections ,repairs,andotherindustrialworktasksonindustrialequipment.
The Teammusthavetheabilitytoperformworkthatisphysicallydemanding,beabletocommunicateeffectivelywitheachotherandtheabilitytobeabletoresolveissuesastheyarise.
- Abidebyandfollowestablished Marquis Safetyrulesandpractices .
- Overseethe day-to-dayoperationsonTechniciansassignedtothecrew
- Uses Industrial Rope Accessmethodsandrelatedequipmenttoaccessandcompleteawidevarietyofmaintenance ,repairsandotherindustrialworktaskswhileonropesorindifficultaccessareas.
- Reviewandapprovetimesheetsand Field Level Risk Assessments ,addressingdeficienciesandprovidingconstructivefeedbacktotechnicians.
- Providetechnicalguidance,mentoring,training,andskillsdevelopmenttotechniciansunderyoursupervision.
- Assistininvestigatinganddocumentingnearmisses,safety incidents,andnon-conformances
- Maintainsasafe,secureandhealthyenvironmentbyadheringtotheIRAT/SPRATOSHAstandardsandpractices.
- Ensuresteammembersutilizeproperpersonalprotectiveequipment.
- Inspectsandverifiesropeaccesssystemsandcomponentsbeforeuse.
- Participatesinrequiredtrainingandmaintainsaworkingunderstandingofropeaccesssafeworkingpractices.
- Performsdailyinspectionsandverifiesropeaccesssystemsandcomponentsareworkingproperly.
- Recognizeworksitehazardsthroughcompleting Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Maintainsproficiencyatrescuetechniquesandassistsinrescuesasdirectedandinaccordancewithcertificationlevel.
- IRATALevelIIICertification
- Minimum5years Petro Chemicalworkexperience
- Minimum2yearsLevelIIICertified
- Insulation Experience
- MusthaveeitherNCCER/NACECertifications.
- Valid Drivers'License
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
- Mustpossessexcellentcommunication,interpersonal,organizationalandproblem-solving skills.
- Mustbeabletopassabackgroundandhairfollicletesting.
- Complywithcustomersjobsitesafetyrequirements.
- Abilitytoworkatheightswhileperformingworktasks.
- Performsphysicalactivitiesthatrequireconsiderablyuseofarmsandlegsandmovingthewholebody,suchasclimbing,lifting,balancing,and walking
- Abilitytolift
50pounds.
- Strongworkethics
