Training
: 1‑week mandatory, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
Base Pay
: starting at $18.50 per hour (without experience). Shift differentials: +$3 for weekend, +$2 for evening, +$1 for overnight. Education & Experience

- Assist in developing personal hygiene routines, cooking skills, household management, friendship building, health practices, recreational activities, and community participation.
- Provide compassionate guidance and individualized support to empower students to lead fulfilling lives.
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Capable of remaining awake during overnight shift to ensure student safety
- Able to work holidays and weekend shifts as required
- Able to perform activities of daily living
- Able to perform physical interventions as necessary to provide a safe environment for students
Potential employees must pass a background check, drug screening, and tuberculosis (TB) test.

Salary
