ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant House Manager for our children's program, you play a pivotal role in creating a therapeutic haven where every student's physical, emotional, and behavioral well‑being is the top priority. You lead by example, showcasing adaptive life skills and nurturing a supportive environment. Working as a crucial part of a collaborative therapeutic team, you assist the House Manager in ensuring on‑site management in the assigned residence.
This includes monitoring, quality assurance, staff training, and scheduling personnel.
The children under your care rely on you for their safety and welfare, and you take this responsibility seriously. Your direct accountability to the House Manager or Residential Director ensures you receive the supervision and training you need. With a flexible schedule to match the ever‑changing demands, you’re ready to make a positive impact on the lives of those in your care.

We're looking for someone who can work a flexible schedule while meeting the following qualifications:
- A valid driver's license.
- Associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent college experience with 1+ years of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents, plus 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred; OR
- High school diploma plus 2+ years of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents, plus 1+ years of supervisory experience in any field preferred.
Potential employees will need to pass a background check, drug screening, and tuberculosis (TB) test.
Salary: $22.00 – $26.50 per hour.
