We offer flexible schedules, a competitive wage of $18.50 - $23.50/hour (based on experience and education), and shift differentials ($1.00/hour for the 2nd shift and $3.00/hour for weekend shifts). The schedule is Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday for full-time candidates.

As a 2nd Shift Children s Residential Counselor, you help our young students develop their independence and learn healthy life skills. You visit students, engage in conversation, and assist with daily living tasks like cooking, housekeeping, and personal hygiene. You leave room for the student to assert some control and make their own choices. You also encourage students to develop social relationships and participate in recreational activities, helping them make friends and strengthen community ties.

Your caregiving work is vital in helping students bridge the gap between their current abilities and their future goals!

• 18+ years of age
• Must have a valid driver s license
• Capable of remaining awake during an overnight shift to ensure the safety and well-being of students
• Able to work holidays and weekend shifts as required
• Able to perform activities of daily living
• Able to perform physical interventions as necessary to provide the safest environment for our students
• A mandatory 1 week of training is required with a schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

A high school degree or equivalent would be preferred. Caregiving experience would be a plus!
