We’re Crystal Springs and we’re hiring a part‑time Weekend Residential Counselor to join us in Assonet, MA! If you’re adaptable, caring, and eager to help those who need it most, keep reading to learn more!

As a Weekend Residential Counselor, you earn $18.50 - $21.50 per hour, depending on experience and education. We sweeten the deal with a sign‑on bonus and shift differentials. You earn an extra $3.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday. This position works overnight, either from 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM or 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM on weekends.

A mandatory 6‑day training is required (Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm plus the following Monday).

As an entry‑level Weekend Residential Counselor, you work closely with our students to help them overcome their individual challenges and increase their independence. You find the balance between appropriately meeting their needs while allowing them to have some choice and control over their lives.

Depending on the individual's needs, you assist with caregiving tasks like cooking, housework, and personal hygiene. You also support their social and emotional growth by helping them make friends, encouraging community engagement, and supporting their involvement in recreational activities.

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to stay awake during overnight shifts and work holidays as needed
• Ability to support daily living activities and perform physical interventions when necessary

A high school degree or equivalent is preferred. Caregiving experience is a bonus.
