Overview

Crystal Springs in Assonet, MA is hiring a full-time Coordinator of Behavior Services (BCBA) - Adult Programs to design and implement individualized behavior support plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and lead a team in providing high-quality services.

• Design and implement individualized behavior support plans and deliver data-informed interventions.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and use data to inform program decisions.
• Coach and mentor direct care staff, providing ongoing training and ensuring staff have tools to succeed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to shape a cohesive support system.
• Provide in-person crisis support when needed and supervise a team of Behavior Specialists.
• Assess and adjust policies and procedures to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Travel locally as required to meet individual needs.

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, social work, or a related field
• BCBA certification
• 3 to 5 years of post-graduate experience in assessing, implementing, developing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting
• Commitment to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months of hire and maintain certifications during employment
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and use other software and web-based portals
• Experience in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Trauma-Informed Care, and ABA strategies is preferred

• Salary: $73,000 - $76,000 per year
