As a Certified Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a pivotal role in conducting evaluations, developing treatment goals, supervising Occupational therapy assistants, and performing direct treatment programs consistent with the regulations governed by the MA Board of Registration and practice act for Occupational Therapy and the NBCOT Professional Practice Standards.

You will serve as an active team member for the development of a comprehensive, interdisciplinary therapeutic program to address the specific needs of the student. The long-term goal of all the therapy provided will foster maximizing the independence and safety of the student. You will be responsible for keeping accurate and current records, including Medicaid grids/progress notes and reports, as well as attending all required meetings.

Schedule:

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy & MA licensure (or eligible)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license
