Behavior Specialist

We are hiring a Behavior Specialist for our home‑health team at Crystal Springs, Inc

As a Behavior Specialist you will provide direct behavioral support in a variety of settings—home, school, community, and clinic. Your responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior support plans, collecting detailed data, and assisting in the development of effective interventions. Each day brings new opportunities to empower individuals and celebrate progress.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting
• Experience with ABA, PBS, or Trauma‑Informed Care
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non‑violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• A degree or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred, and a preference for RBT certification

Potential employees will need to pass a background check, drug screening, and a tuberculosis (TB) test.
