2nd Shift Distribution Center Supervisor

- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring product flow in and out of the facility and onto trucks.
- Oversee associates to maintain a safe, clean, and high‑quality work environment.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet customer volume demands and seasonal fluctuations.
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards across all warehouse facilities.
- Drive productivity, reviewing labor reports, conducting audits, and identifying barriers to maximize throughput.
- Communicate daily with associates and leads, providing coaching and performance improvement.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience supervising a warehouse or similar environment.
- Age 18 or older.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe work culture through education, correction, encouragement, and recognition.
Weekends are required.
