Your Role: As an LPN on our team, you'll be a crucial member of our healthcare community, ensuring the well-being of our students around the clock. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to those in need.
What You'll Do:
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
- Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPNs.

Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
- Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
