House Manager Children Program
The House Manager provides oversight, coordination, and appropriate role modeling in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and behavioral health of each student while assisting them in developing adaptive life skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site management in the assigned residence, including monitoring, quality assurance, staff training and development, and scheduling personnel.
- Report directly to the Director of Residential Services, receiving supervision and training.
- Maintain a flexible schedule as required by the nature of the workflow and level of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or a related field; OR 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience (particularly with children and/or adolescents) and 12 months of supervisory experience.
- High School diploma with 36 months of human service experience (particularly with children and/or adolescents) and 18 months of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Compensation
Base Pay: $21.50 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and education). Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000.
