At our location in Stockach – the gateway to Lake Constance –, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare bids for national and international tenders
• Analyze proposal requirements and assess feasibility together with all stakeholders
• Develop and execute bid strategies in close collaboration with the Opportunity Manager
• Coordinate the full bid process from initial client request to final submission, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Prepare bid documents, cost calculations, and presentation materials
• Drive continuous improvement of bid processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration

• Several years of professional experience in bid or project management, ideally in the defense, security, or technical services sector, including handling international tenders and complex opportunities
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and costing tools
• Structured, results-driven, and proactive work approach
• Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
